What to Expect 

Mobile Massage

Offered by Melissa and Stephaney 

24 hours before: 

24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive an email that contains your health history/intake form (to be filled out before appointment).

 

 

Day of Appointment: 

You can expect that we will arrive 10-15 mins before appointment time to review your health history intake form and go over your goals of treatment, chief complaints, and perform any assessments (if needed) to create the best treatment plan for you. 

Set up: 

We will bring all treatment supplies to you so that you can enjoy your care free treatment!!! 

Confidentiality: 

Everything that is discussed during intake and treatment is confidential and will be held confidential in accordance to College Standards.

 

Payment/billing: 

Payment will be taken after each treatment and a receipt of service will be  provided to patient and can be submitted under your  extended health care benefits. 

 

Payment method options:

Melissa : Cash, Debit, Credit, E-Transfer

Stephaney: Cash, E-Transfer

Booking an appointment:

24 hours before: 

24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive an email that contains your health history/intake form (to be filled out before appointment), along with a COVID health screening form. 

 

 

Day of Appointment: 

Please arrive roughly 5 minutes before appointment time incase there is any outstanding paperwork that needs to be completed.
